Hi, I take a weekly (at minimum) pole fitness class (stripper poles). Does anyone else do this, and if so, how do you track it on MFP? Thanks!

I did a quick internet search and found that it burns between 250 and 350 calories an hour. I'd find a cardio activity that burns a similar amount of calories and use that. That's what I do for my CrossFit class.
Pole dancing sounds like a blast, I'd love to try it. Alas, no classes in my area. Enjoy!1 -

I used to log it under strength training. But, I wasn't dancing or practicing routines or anything, just learning new tricks.0
