Trust in the System

Last year I had the privilege of losing 52 pounds through a combination of Weight Watchers for the 1st part of the year and a personal trainer the 2nd part. One thing my PT told me is that no matter what "system" you are using to lose weight, trust it. Follow it the way it is designed and it will work. Well let me tell anyone on here....TRUST IN THE SYSTEM! My first 2 weeks I wasn't losing anything, in fact I gained a few pounds and was kind of bummed out. But I remembered those words and kept at it. I had a few days I went a little over my calories and one day where I didn't count at all because I knew it was bad.

Well I am happy to say that within this last week I have shown a 4 pound weight loss! So even if you are starting out slow, keep eating right, do your workouts, let your body adjust and most importantly....TRUST IN THE SYSTEM!
