Heart Rate Monitors

Hi everyone,

I have been reading all the posts about heart rate monitors and they seem like a really good idea. I would like to get one so I know exactly how many calories I burn when I exercise.

Which is a good one to get? There are so many to choose from!! They are also really expensive so does anyone know where I can get one a bit cheaper in the UK?

I can't help with getting one in the UK, but I have a Polar T31. It cost about $100 at a sporting goods store. A little pricey, but SO worth it.

Not sure about UK prices. I got a Polar F6 and I love mine. It also runs a little under $100 but sometimes they go on sale for like 1/2 price.
