Good Morning.

Been working on the weight loss thing since October. Started at 271.5, now at about 206. Need a jump start, any ideas? I have been biking, going to the gym, walking and keeping calories under 2000. I am sure it is a normal plateau, but ideas are needed. Nothing extreme or crazy. Thanks

Some more details about your height, activity level before excersize, goal, ect. would be useful. Did you choose the calorie goal yourself or was it suggested here? When I changed my profile weight to my reduced weight, it altered my calorie goal down by 40 calories a day, even though my goal weight was the same, you could try that. You have done really well so far, but you may need some small adjustments to restart the loss. :)

Height is about 5'5 (and a very important half). Activity level before was walking the dog about a half hour a day (slowly). Based on looking at sites, calories vs pounds, etc., I picked the calories. I have been working with a doctor, but she mainly just prescribes phentermine, checks my heart, and pats me on the back. Thanks for you encouragement and advise.

I went in and reset everything ( I was already updating weight ). Dropped my calories down to 1600. Let's see what happens now.
