    I highly recommend a book to get you started! The two best ones are The Men's Health Book of Muscle and The New Rules of Lifting For Women. I have used both and have had success with each.

    I am going out of town from this Wednesday through Sunday, but am starting on a new weight program Monday the 16. I will post my sets/reps/weights used for others to get ideas. So if anyone is ready to change up their workouts, Monday will be a start for me!
