Seated Exercise -HELP!

On September 2nd an angry hot wheels took a bite out of the pad of my left foot. (Yes, hot wheels as in the little metal cars!) I literally have a hole in my sole lol. My doctor ordered me to stay off my foot for at least 4 full weeks in order to let it heal. Although it's definitely healing, I've still got a little over 2 weeks left before I can be cleared and honestly it's still much too tender to stand on anyway. My problem is that now that I've stopped exercising, I can feel myself reverting to old behavior. I've been forgetting to log meals and my portions have started to creep up in size. Yesterday I started logging/measuring again but I need some help with exercises. Any ideas on what I can do while staying off my foot that's not just lifting weights? I think starting some kind of a routine again will help stop me from backsliding. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm all ears!

PS: I'm always looking for new friends, so feel free to add me!

Could always do core excesses. I like the one where you lay on your back and lift your legs up and move them back and forth cris crossing them. Could do Chair dips work those arms and keeps the bottom of your feet off the ground. I am sure there are lots of other things that you can do as well.

Arm exercises are still in. Dumbbells and/or resistance band can help.
