In real need or a good nutition plan. I need dinner recipes please. Low in fat and high in protein

Pinterest is a really good source of information. Put in some foods you like to eat and you're bound to get a load of information. Lots of people also like skinnytaste.com, and the MFP blog has lots of great recipes, too.1

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat less.
You can eat anything you want - but less.
If you eat in a way you're not happy with, you can't eat less for very long.
You need to eat less for a long, long time, and not eat too much after that.
Nutrition plans and low fat/high protein usually translate to strict and unbalaced - an unhappy diet.
A balanced, varied and flexible diet will make you happy and healthy.
You can find recipes for anything online. But it's smart to learn how to to cook, not just follow recipes.2 -
Really any lean meat you want to cook will work.1

Chicken, lean hamburger steak, fish, etc. will get you your protein. Pick up some seasonings for the meat (lots are 0 calories) and grill or put in oven/stovetop. Many recipes out there on Pinterest, allrecipes.com, skinnytaste.com, etc..0
