Hi All! I'm trying to get back to the weight I was a year an a half ago....before my constant never ending headache began. I've got some obstacles in my way....like medication that causes weight gain, limited exercises, and a severe craving for sugary carbs!! Ugh! I attempted to go on the keto diet and lasted one meal....I know, pathetic! Anyway, I could use all the support I can get from you all! Thank you! Maria

Don't do diets. Ex: Keto is a diet since studies show that people cannot do it long term. Short term fixes never work for the long run.
Focus on healthy foods and you'll see that everything falls into place. Get a food scale at walmart and it will make this place rock.
Tip: A sweet potato is healthy AND it's a carb. No need to fear carbs. (sweet potatoes contain magnesium and low mag can be a cause of migranes). https://migraine.com/migraine-treatment/natural-remedies/magnesium-for-migraine-headaches/ Beans are another high carb food that contain a lot of magnesium and potassium.0 -
