Hello...newbie losing weight with thyroid issues

Hey Everyone! Over the past year I have tries to lose weight and basically failed. I have managed to put on 10 pounds in the past month after a change in my thyroid meds. I would likw ro lose about 30 pounds for my first goal by the end of the year.

I am an older mom of young children who would like to be around to see them grow. I could use help and support. I need to be held accountable hoping I can find it here.

    Hello
    I am on thyroid medication too. I am able to lose weight when I adopt calorie control and tracking. When I don"t the weight goes on at a phenomenal rate!

    it sounds like your thyroid meds might not be dialed in correctly - if you had a change - did you go from name brand to a generic? or what was the change?
