Looking for a workout plan without weights

I'm currently eating healthy and starting to bike 10 miles a day. I'm looking to add a little extra on the cheap.
I don't have weights and don't plan on buying any just yet. Trying to get as much as I can without spending too much or joining a gym. Not looking to get muscular or toned or whatever, just looking to drop some weight before a trip in November and figure doing 45 minutes of pushups/pullups/crunches/situps/whatever 3x a week will help in the long run.
I don't want to invent my own workout plan. I know there's a science to doing certain muscle groups and letting them rest. I did some googling but there's so many "regimes" and most of them are just an in between the gym thing.
So can anyone help me out with some basics?

then you can graduate to this

Thanks, checked it out, looks easy enough
Will give it a try in the morning. Not sure what I can use for the dumbbell rows, I don't drink milk! Maybe I can buy a cheap dumbbell from Wally World.

"you are your own gym" by mark lauren is a good resource for body weight exercises, it has some plans in the book, or there is an app for it...0

Convict Conditioning, You Are Your Own Gym and Nerd Fitness.
Alternative options that do require some purchase of equipment are TRX Suspension and Sandbag training.0 -
Love yoga. Some of the workouts are pretty intense, not for sissies!! I prefer Kathy Smith yoga series.0
