Tips

I do so well during the day , When I get home at night is when things go downhill. I guess I am so wiped by the time I get in (around 8 pm) I just grab what ever. Anyone have any tips? :(

    Have you tried making meals ahead of time?

    I have the same problem! Meal prepping tends to help that way your food is already prepared when you go to grab something out of the fridge.

    I feel like that too. I just make sure I have a lot of healthy foods in the fridge to snack on and I'll reach for those every time I get in there to snack! Celery and light cream cheese, snack sized cheddar, almonds, Halo ice cream, Beanito chips and hummus, fruit, soda with bitters...
