    5'9 started at 190 and lost about 30 lbs. would like to be 155! I have a toddler who is 2 and 9 & 10 year old! Support is key!

    hi. I'm 43. 2 adult daughters. I'm currently 172lb down from 225lb in December 2016. 53lb down!!! I'm 165cm/5'5".
    my target weight is 165lb. plateaued for a month! looking at tightening logging and stopping my little nibbles after I get home from work!

    Please friend me! I need a buddy- looking for a group or a couple buddies for smaller group accountability. I am 5'5" 165, goal of 140. I know it's a long term project and in the past have been on and off the wagon. Want to help push each other through the rough parts?

    Hi ladies. I'm 5ft 8in 173lbs my goal weight is 140. I joined the group. I'm a wife and mom to 2 teen boys. I've been carrying around this 30 something extra pounds way to long. Ready to get it off :)

    Friend me! I'm 5'6" and 165. I turn 30 in mid March and I'd love to be down a size or two. I've tried mfp a few times but I never seem to stick with it. I've started strong curves and walking, so here's to hoping I see some progress!
