Slim but out of shape

I'm very slim but very out of shape. I smoke and don't execise at all. I'm getting winded after a few flights of stairs and having trouble keeping up with my friends if they do anything remotely physical. Like when we went hiking I was very out of breathe and lagged behind. Once I tried to run with my friend as a dare and couldn't last more than 1:30. It sucks being so out of shape.

    What are your fitness goals? Do you want to build muscle (pick up heavy things)? Do you want to build endurance (hike longer, do stairs easier)? Both?

    My friends are very active, so keeping up with them when hiking or biking would be the main priority of mine.

    Download C25k app. It really helped me a lot with cardio. :)
