Are you following a advertised diet plan or making one up?

Do you follow a diet plan that has been put together by someone or some company or do you follow your own diet plan? What do you find easy and what is the hardest part of your diet plan? If you do follow a specific pre-made diet plan what is it called?

    i follow shred. its based off a book by dr. ian smith. it teaches you heathly eating habits. each weeks its something different. it takes some planning to be prepared for the week but it is totally worth it. i downloaded the book on my phone but i'm going to buy the hardback after work today.
