I've had MFP for quite some time, I never really used it for more then tracking food and weight. However I do enjoy talking with others who are on the same journey as I am. So I decided to say hello! I've lost 67# so far. I am about 1/2 way to my goal. I workout 5 days a week and some of those days are twice a day. I don't really track my food, although I do need to start concentrating on making sure I'm eating enough. I don't think I have been lately.
Anyway - here's to making new friends!!
