Is it worth it?

Is the cookies worth it. I've never really had a problem with wanting to eat the junk food my roommates are eating, usually pretty good about not craving it. But these fresh baked cookies smell good. I've reach my 1200 of the day, have burned 2,210 my Fitbit says. So while I would not gain anything from eating it I would lose less. Is it worth having one?

I would have one, and only one, cookie. I would eat it slowly and savor every bite.
Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. It's good to learn to work in the occasional treat without guilt.1 -
Fresh baked cookies are always worth it. Especially when you're burning as much as you are and eating as little as you are.2
