Been using this app a few months, really helped me to get in control of how and what I eat and now working on my fitness to do tough mudder Scotland 2018

    Congrats! You will love the Tough Mudder. I did them in 2012 & 2014 and they are awesome! Where in Scotland is it taking place? My family visited Scotland in 2015 and we are planning another trip there because we loved it so much.
