What should I do?

I'm going camping in two weeks and I'm doing Insanity and C25K.
What would be best to do when I get back: Start completely over? Redue the week before I left? Or start where I left off?

    Option 4: Work out while you are camping? Cut firewood, hike, run, swim..... You can find a way to not fall totally off. Feel free to msg me if you want some other suggestions.

    Start where you left off. If you can still handle it, no need to restart!

    unless you're lazing for more than a week, you should be able to start where you left off. a few extra rest days might even give you a boost in energy...
