Hello new to this and not sure how it works. Getting back in to health and fitness after a break for 2 kids. Youngest is 2 and finally have a bit of me time.
I have started back at the gym but seem to have put weight on since upping my workouts.
Joined this app to try and keep an eye on my progress.
Any pointers on how this app works gratefully received. C x

Hello, it's great that you can now take some time for yourself and get fit and healthy.
You may be putting on muscle, which will add to your weight, try measuring yourself.
If you follow the calorie guidelines and really log everything you eat, then you should be losing fat. Are you logging EVERYTHING?
How long have you been using this app? If it's just a couple of weeks, then it's too soon to be getting worried about results.
