Losing Weight Too Quickly?

I'm 5'5" and was around the 122lbs mark for awhile and set my weight loss goal to 0.5lb/week since I mainly just wanted to lose a couple pounds and lower my body fat. But in the past 9 days I've lost 4lbs?! I eat around 1420 net calories, eat back my exercise calories, workout 5/week + strength train. Should I be concerned about losing that much weight this past week? Or should I expect some of it to come back? I really want to lose weight in a healthy way and be able to keep it off too. Any advice would be great!

    Given what you're eating I wouldn't be concerned. It may be normal fluctuations or you may have a fast metabolism.
