I started (restarted..lol) P90x today. I have attempted this program in the past, the difference is; this time I am trying to follow the food guidelines as close as possible. Anyone else have any luck with this program? Any suggestions? My goal is to lose 30 lbs, tighten up over all (love handles and upper jiggly legs). I am 5'4 and starting at 164...ugh! I need to stick with it this time.

I am on month 6 of P90X, lost 40 lbs doing it in the first 4 months, been using it to tone up for month 5-6 and to be honest I never followed the nutrition guidelines. My diet consist of high protein, low carbs, about 1800-2000 calories a day when i work out. If ya do it and follow it I am pretty sure it works, they key is doing it when your suppose to.0
