I used to tuck my kids in at night then have a little me time, which was snacking and tv. For me that was when I made my worst food choices (quality and quantity ). I crashed and burned. I needed to rethink my me time. I decided I didn't need snacks or tv. Now I will frequently get on the elliptical or brew myself a nice cup of green tea and read a book or spend time on a hobby (crochet/sew). It is amazing to look at how many aspects of my life this weight loss journey has affected. Doesn't mean the changes are easy but they have all been positive.1

I pre-log my snack for the night. So in the morning I'll log all the foods I want to eat that day and it shows me what a great day will look like. If I know all my calories are accounted for I don't eat mindlessly. Also, I save my snack for 9.30-10pm so it's closer to bedtime and I won't get hungry again.1
