5 Days: What Do You Want To Accomplish?

Over the next 5 days I am going to focus on my energy levels. For me, it all starts with the energy I generate in the mornings and then hope to sustain throughout the day. For the next five days (9/18-9/22), here is how I plan to generate that energy:
Focus for the week (M-F): Exercise, Good Eating, Hydrating, Sleep - T25 Workout in the morning - eat cleaner - 64 oz. of water or more daily - in bed by 9:00
(as I work through each week the list will become more refined and intentional - hey, its a start

What do you want to accomplish this week and what intentional steps will you take to accomplish it?

Hi! My 5-day goal is to focus on my nutritional goals! I have a difficult time meeting protein requirements, so I've been focusing on increasing my protein intake, as well as getting the water I need.1

T25 workout - check, Good eating - half check?, 64+oz of water - check, in bed by nine - pending. On to day 2 tomorrow.

Day 2 today, day 1 was pretty good, need to eat a little better in the evening. Morning workout is in the books.0
