Heart attack

Im 51 and had heart attack 5 months ago. Im following a heart healthy diet but need to lose weight any help is much appreciated x

    Weight loss is caused by a calorie deficit. When you set up with MFP this should have been created for you, but make sure your goal is reasonable (0.5-1 pound a week for most people). Weigh your food and log with grams or oz. Log everything you consume. Use correct entries (no homemade or generic). Exercise is great for cardiovascular healthy and improving your NEAT, but you can't out exercise a poor diet. Have patience.

    Eating less will make you lose weight. Have you tried logging your food in here?

    Go buy a food scale at walmart near the measuring cups.
