Hitting that 1200cpd goal...

I've recently started a new medication. My old one made me hungry all the time, and my weight ballooned to over 265 lbs, despite efforts to maintain or lose weight.

But my new medication has the opposite problem. I'm just NEVER hungry anymore. The problem is standing on its head now. I'm finding it very difficult to make myself eat enough food to maintain a healthy weight loss track - I've lost 10 lbs so far in six days. I'm excited for the weight loss, but also worried about this quickly becoming something akin to an eating disorder.

Any tips and tricks on healthy nutrient-dense foods to consider (preferably also tasty), or strategies to hit a minimum when you don't want to eat would be appreciated.

Avocado, PB, nuts, olive oil, butter. Eat to goal, you don't have to be a slave to feelings of hunger. Stop blaming your medications for your eating habits. Just sayin'. Not trying to sound mean!
How do you have MFP set up? At 265 you prob should be eating more than 1200.
