Giving this another try

Hello. I was on this site a few years ago and found it to be one of the keys to good health, exercise, and diet. I hit a snag in my life and all of the hard work (losing 40 pounds, running a half-marathon, etc,) went by the wayside.

I've made a few half-way attempts at doing this again, but never put the "introduce yourself" message out there. I'm putting this intro out there so that I can start to hold myself accountable, like I did years ago.

My current weight is around 200; I'm 52 years of age; I am well aware of how difficult it is to lose the weight that I put back on. Hopefully, with this as my "online conscience", I'll be able to get back to 175-178. That's my story. Thanks for reading it.
