Loosing my butt

I am 5'7" and a few years ago I was the heaviest I had ever been at 178lbs. I got on a diet and exercised regularly. In about 4 months, I was able to get to 155 lbs but I found myself with a saggy butt and chest.
I have gained my weight back and as of last week, I weighed 180 lbs. According to all of the charts and data, I should be within the 110 lb to 150lb mark. But, I can clearly see that for my frame, even 150 is too thin for me. I loose the parts of my body I like and give me definition. I have lost 3 pounds with this site and see myself quickly getting to my goal of 155lbs. What can I do to loose weight but not my figure? (if that even makes any sense).

Here's a link to some butt-sculpting exercises I found. Hope this helps! http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/butt/exercises/exercises-to-target-butt-muscles/?page=10

You have to look at body recomposition which requires resistance training... squats, deadlifts, leg press executed the CORRECT way.0

Start incorporating resistance exercise 3x a week into your routine. Free weights, machines, resistance bands. If it can lift my old butt it can lift anyone's.0

I know, really frustrating but it is resolvable. I used to have a huge butt and loved it but after loosing weight ( and I have been exercising literally every day, doing all kind of butt exercises during my weigh loss) it literally vanished. Then I gained a few pounds back, even though it was frightening but I wanted at least some of it back and started doin more butt exercises and after a while I got a better shaped and round butt. Balanced diet and workouts surely cn help, but you have to have a bit more calories then your body needs, in order for muscles to form.0
