How long does it take to notice your weight gone?

I've been eating healthy and drinking lots of water and working out everyday, and so far ive lost 7 pounds, and ive been doing it a little over a week. I was wondering, about how long did it take you to notice on your body that you lost weight, how much weight did you lose, where was the first place on your body you lost weight at?
PS- i was 207 last thursday, and now im 200. also, i'm 18, & 5'11.

I don't think there is any hard and fast rule to when people start noticing weight loss. I think it all depends on where the fat is stored on your body. For me I started noticing it around when I lost 10lbs. My shirts seemed a little bit looser than before. As for other people noticing, for me personally it was around 20-25lbs lost.
Keep up the good work and to help keep your spirits up I would also suggest getting a sewing tape measure and tracking your measurements ( neck, chest, waist, hips, etc.) as well. Sometimes I have found one week I don't lose that much but it will show up in decreased measurements. This becomes more true if you are also weightlifting or putting on more muscle since muscle weighs more than fat. So you may have decreased your fat and measurements but the scale won't register a difference.0 -
Hey Jacob! For me it took over 3 months of hard work to notice my weightloss and for other people to notice it too! i have lost only about 10llbs in that time but lost about 3% bodyfat and gained a decent amount of muscle mass.
