My name is Sejal and I have been using MyFitnessPal off and on for years. For some reason I cant stick to it for long periods of time. I get lazy/bored. This weekend I stepped on the scale and saw the highest number to date however. I was devasted. Today I started tracking my food and went to the gym, 30 min cardio to get me started. I have many many pounds to lose but hoping the motivation stays this time! Any help is welcome!!
