Hello....
I am leaving on Aug. 1 and coming back on Aug. 16... I am going to Ecuador.
First of all, I haven;t had a vacation in 4 years, so I plan to enjoy every moment.
But I really don't want to come back fat as a cow. On the other hand, I will eat what is given to me, and won't be able to choose much. And I will not exercise..... Normally I spend 1.5 hours ( or even 2 h ), in the gym 5 times a week. And I also have a giant appetite, usually I eat lots...
So please give me some advice.....
Secondly, a technical issue:
I might not have access to internet , and especially not every day. How do I keep my fitnesspal from stopping my count and they starting me again, if I miss a few days?
thanks!!!!!!

When you're eating, try to choose healthier options for the most part. It's perfectly fine to indulge every now and then but indulging nonstop for 2 weeks with no exercise may really hurt your progress.d While I was on vacation, I ate lots of veggies, salads, lean meats, etc. I tried to keep my main meals healthier so I could indulge on dessert a time or two if I wanted to. Also, try to be active even if you're not at the gym. I'm sure you'll be doing plenty of walking, maybe swimming? It all counts! You don't have to be at a gym to get a good workout Just remember that this is a LIFESTYLE and it's okay to enjoy yourself and have fun!0
