    ^^This. You don't need to make drastic changes, just eat less of the foods you like. You'll soon work out which ones aren't worth the calories.

    Whenever you like. Meal timing makes no difference to weight loss. Seriously, go read the posts in the link I posted in your other thread, they will more than likely answer the majority of your questions :)

    Whatever you want, which fits your calories, and keeps you nutritionally cared for.

    I personally try to ensure a balance of all 3 macros at each meal, stick to leaner cuts of meat, and make sure to bulk up on vegetables.

    I also find it easier to have the same thing for breakfast each week, and the same thing for lunch on weekdays. I don't get bored (some might) and it's easy to throw it together at the start of the week and not have to think about it.

    When you count calories there aren't really any "rules". You eat whatever you want, whenever you want, you just have to track the calories and make sure you're eating the right amount. It's not a diet.
