Curious - what do you count as exercise?

    Anything outside the course of your normal day should probably be counted. Obviously working out should be counted. I wouldnt count house work or anything like that. Its just over complicating things. Track your calories, and track your weight, week to week. If you arent hitting your weight goals then eat less (or more) calories.
