I am SO FRUSTERATED!!! I have struggled with my weight all of my life.... after my first kiddo I was able to lose it all. My second I gained an unbelievable 100 # (Dear god). He is now 5 and I am STILL struggling to lose 50# (goal #160 at 5'-9"). But everytime I get on a roll I hurt myself. It took almost 18 months to get over a stress fracture in my leg, and now I have been trying to ignore Plantar fasciitis (severe heel pain) for the past 9 months thinking I should be able to power through and just 'deal' with it. I finally had to give in and go to the doctor yesterday as I was getting out of bed and not being able to walk.

I know losing weight is done in the kitchen but I struggle with that so at least exercise was helping me to feel good about myself.

I've been having the same issue. Every time I start to get anywhere with my lifting, I hurt myself. I don't hurt myself while lifting, it has been something in the outside world that then affects my work outs :/ or RL comes in and stomps on me and forces me to miss enough work outs that I have to start all over again.

It's definitely frustrating, but you are not alone. I am attempting to start over this coming Monday. Fingers crossed I can make it long enough to see progress this time.

I hope your doc was helpful with your pf and you will at least be able to walk. I get most of my calorie burn from walking my dogs, so it's definitely a big help for weightless, don't feel bad if that is all you can do.
