Everytime I start getting somewhere I have an Injury!

I am SO FRUSTERATED!!! I have struggled with my weight all of my life.... after my first kiddo I was able to lose it all. My second I gained an unbelievable 100 # (Dear god). He is now 5 and I am STILL struggling to lose 50# (goal #160 at 5'-9"). But everytime I get on a roll I hurt myself. It took almost 18 months to get over a stress fracture in my leg, and now I have been trying to ignore Plantar fasciitis (severe heel pain) for the past 9 months thinking I should be able to power through and just 'deal' with it. I finally had to give in and go to the doctor yesterday as I was getting out of bed and not being able to walk.
I know losing weight is done in the kitchen but I struggle with that so at least exercise was helping me to feel good about myself.

I've been having the same issue. Every time I start to get anywhere with my lifting, I hurt myself. I don't hurt myself while lifting, it has been something in the outside world that then affects my work outs or RL comes in and stomps on me and forces me to miss enough work outs that I have to start all over again.
It's definitely frustrating, but you are not alone. I am attempting to start over this coming Monday. Fingers crossed I can make it long enough to see progress this time.
I hope your doc was helpful with your pf and you will at least be able to walk. I get most of my calorie burn from walking my dogs, so it's definitely a big help for weightless, don't feel bad if that is all you can do.0
