first real refeed day!!!! need a little input ..

okay, so i know what a refeed day is.. i know to keep fats the same if not low or lower... to help with the increase in leptin..
i also know that this will be a good mental break from trying to diet down for so long, (have been stagnant at a steady bodyfat) what i am wondering is what carbs would be good to incorporate? i have read to avoid fructose because it doesnt really increase leptin activity.... so IDK sorry if this is all over the place.
any food ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance :)
