New girl here *waves*

I'm a MFP newbie and would love some support/advice/cheer leading!
I'm 36 (gulp) based in the UK and I lost nearly 6 stone with Slimming World, but I got cocky and put nearly 3 back on. I have found that the SW plan doesn't educate you enough about calorie intake and exercise and that is what I feel I should be focusing on.
I'm trying to get fit enough to chase my 5yo little boy around, and healthy enough to see him have children of his own. Plus fitting into the 'thin' clothes in my wardrobe would be pretty awesome too! So far I've dusted off the Fitbit and signed up to a weekly Hapkido class...
