Help motivate me!

Hi all, looking for like-minded people to help me reach my goal! I am a 38 yr old mother of 2 boys,18 & 11 and 2 fur babies. I have been working at this since 2013, have lost approx 95 lbs and would like to lose another 50ish. While numbers on the scale are a great way to track my progress, they are not my end game. I will keep going until I *feel* amazing. I decided to start tracking things a little more closely recently and am finding it difficult since I am always on the go. Any help/advice/motivation would be appreciated!

    Holy smokes 95 lbs down eh?! sounds like your def on the right track! Take every day 1 step at a time and do your best with making healthy food choices. Pretend the gym is your work (go in for a 1-2 hour shift) top priority :) Cheers!

    Preplanning meals helps me a lot. Congrats on losing 95lbs !!
