I need a basic menu plan to follow. Something simple.
I really don't like to cook that much. I feel like my diet is all over the place. Some days I don't eat breakfast, Some days I'll only eat one or two meals which I know is not good for my metabolism. I just need structure. Anyone know of a generic meal plan I can follow?

Eating one or two meals a day isn't bad for your metabolism -- many people here are successful eating like that. Skipping breakfast is fine too, lots of people here do that.

There are tons of generic meal plans out there, but many of them do plan on you doing some kind of cooking.

What kinds of things do you like to eat?

Two meals is fine, if that's the structure you like, and same with one. Doesn't hurt your metabolism.

If you don't like to cook and have food preferences, following someone else's meal plan is likely to make it harder, not easier.

Structure is usually pretty important, though, so why not think about what you like to eat and could do and log it.

For me, I have a breakfast I usually have (but if you don't like eating breakfast it's fine not to have it).

For lunch and dinner I plan around a source of protein (meat, eggs, beans or lentils, mainly, cottage cheese and greek yogurt are also good sources of protein) plus vegetables, and then add in what I like to make up the calories (it's common to add in a starch course like grains (bread, pasta) or potatoes or sweet potatoes also, but that's personal preference).

I often make lunch easier by bringing dinner leftovers or cooking some lunches ahead (I heat them up or eat them cold). Some people use frozen meals for this too, and maybe supplement with more vegetables.

Example then would be my usual breakfast (requires no thought)

Salad with protein and a lot of vegetables and feta cheese and nuts with a dressing made with vinegar and olive oil.

Dinner maybe a pork chop with apples and cabbage and zucchini on the side.

But I mix and match depending on the protein and vegetables I have on hand.

If my urging to think about your diet and figure out what works for you doesn't convince you that you can easily do this, here is a site that can help, although I really do think it's harder if you think you have to follow a bunch of new recipes: https://www.eatthismuch.com/
