I have been doing a weight lifting program for 7 weeks and want to change it up so my body does not hit a plateau. Has anyone tried this?

You don't have to change weight lifting programs every 7 weeks if you are doing good established programs. What program are you doing now?Actually it is probably not a good idea. I am not familiar with that program but I read some of the explanation and it is full of broscience so I don't give it much credibility.
