Need Help or a Diet Buddy

Hello, I am feeling super discouraged and like I have hit a wall altogether. It is my day one (again). I feel like I have had a day one about a million times now. Anyone have any words of advice or want to be an accountability partner?

    Ill be your accountability partner! Its my day 1 too! Ive gained ten lbs in the last few months and just turned 34 a week ago. I really want this to work and maybe a friend in the same boat cld help. What do u think? Maybe taking photos of every meal or one meal a day and texting each other it? Just an idea....btw im liz. I live in truckee CA. Whats ur name? And what are the challenges u have when trying to lose weight?

    Stop starting over already. WHEN you screw up (not if) .....continue on. We all screw up, but learn from your mistakes and move on.

    You don't need to string together 200 (or so) "perfect" days for weight loss. 190 "perfect" days and 10 bad ones would still get the job done. These are long term lifestyle changes we are after. We don't need to be perfect all the time, we are striving instead for progress.
