Wendler 531 bbb

Hi all, I've searched online but can't seem to find an answer!
I'm using the sarasoft 531 app, so that tells you what weight/reps to aim for.
Basically I don't know what to do if the required reps aren't achieved?
I'm currently on cycle 5 week 1. I've achieved 99% of the required reps so far. However this week I don't think I'll manage cos basically in cycle 4 week 3 I had to do a 60kg military press, which I managed to slowly grind out! However 1 week on (plus a deload) the apps telling to do 60kgx5 reps! FFS!!!

Not familiar with that app but I'd think there would be a way to change the weight used to calculate the 3 week cycle. So you'd set your 1 rm for OHP at 60kg and it would recalculate 90%, then 85% of that for week 1, 90% for week 2 and 95% for week 3.
Your numbers should look like this resetting your OHP to 60kg.
60*0.9=54
Week 1 85%*54 = 45.9kg for 5+
Week 2 90%*54 = 48.6kg for 3+
Week 3 95%*54 = 51.3kg for 1+
I use blackironbeast.com to calculate my 531 cycles. It's not an app but I'm old school and don't mind taking the paper copy with me.
If I get all my reps I add 5lbs to upper lifts and 10lbs to lower lifts each cycle.3 -

Thanks, i think I did see something about 5lb and 10lb, that might be why I'm struggling then. My gym's smallest weights are 2.5kg so that would be an 11lb increment increase in total.

I have fractional plates, which help when stalling out or a standard increase is too big.
You can buy the fractional plates and just take them with you to the gym.

I've just dug out my son's old weights, they won't fit on an Olympic bar but I'm sure I'll be able to cable tie a 1kg plate on either side0 -

This is bascially what I did when I was running 5/3/1 as well.
Blackironbeast - yes.
If you haven't yet, I would also recommend getting Wendler's book so you have something to reference and a better understanding of the programming.0
