I am curious to know what my body frame is.
height 174cms
wrist 15cm
elbow 6.1cm
When I use wrist measurement to calculate body frame it says I have a small frame
When I use elbow breadth measurement to calculate body frame it says I have a medium frame.
So, what frame size do I really have? I`m looking for the correct weight range for my body type.

I think this method of calculating weight ranges has been debunked. Don't quote me on that, but here's a link you might want to read:

I'd just use an online calculator like iifym.com, enter your stats and calculate your calories that way. It's worked well for me. If I use a body type calculator it gives me way too many calories and I end up gaining weight based on the stupid measurements they have me use.1 -
Haha I get the same issue, I'm medium to large frame, so I just worked out an average goal weight based on the different numbers spat out for the different frames. All the websites came up with different results, that's why an average.2

lol -- You have to replace *kitten* with a bovine scatological term.0 -
When I was overweight, my framer measured to extra large, at normal weight it measures medium. None of that is really valid, based on wrist or elbow. Personally I feel my frame size and how I carry weight is most affected by shoulder and hip bone width (not counting fat on the hips).0
