Dang it. I meant to take a pic but now it is too late.

It was: Grilled pork chops, air fried baked potatoes Which are amazing. If you don't have an air fryer, you need one pronto. And green beans with bacon bits

How do you make air fried baked potatoes. I have an air fryer and always looking for a way to use it.

Poke holes in them, coat with a bit of olive oil (or coconut or whatever you use) season. I use salt, pepper, garlic. Put in basket, cook at 400 for 30-40 minutes depending on how many and size. They are so good. The outside is a bit crispy and inside so soft and yummy. My kids request them and I always make extra because they will eat them for snacks.

This is a pork loin filet wrapped in bacon with roasted potatoes. I don't really eat pork...or bacon so i'm hoping this taste good. Smells delicious!

I don't eat calories and this is making me want to convert

Omg seriously, I'd gain and re-lose 100 lbs again to try that.
