I know we are all here to lose weight, some are to get healthy or maybe even gain muscle. Anyone here lose weight but not in the areas you wanted and how did you coop? I lost 20 pounds which is really exciting! I am 5'4 was 158 now I'm at 138 but have a goal of 125. The only problem is I haven't noticed any changes in my sides, stomach or hips. I think that's my biggest disappointment. I haven't been really cooperating well with that. Just extremely disappointed, that's mainly what I was doing this for was because I was disgusted by my post partum belly. I know you can't target areas and all that but I feel as if 20 pounds should of definitely made a difference.
