Meeting daily calories/macros

Hey, just started this journey and i feel like im over my head. I was diagnosedwith fatty liver disease, and needed to do a complete overhaul on my diet.
I'm a breastfeeding single mom, and i feel like i never have time to eat. I am.struggling to meet my.minimum daily caloric intake, and im having an even tougher time staying within my macros.
I also am supposed to stay away from dairy, sugar, red meats, and basically anything processed or refined when it comes to grains.
Any tips or tricks? I have close to 100lbs to lose, and i want to be able to start building muscle once my body adjusts and i feel better day to day

When you say you're supposed to stay away from dairy, sugar, red meat, and anything processed or refined -- are these guidelines based on medical needs? That's a whole lot of restrictions that may make it harder for you to come up with a way of eating that works for you.0

What calories and macros are you aiming for?
Lack of time may mean you need to pick more calorie- and nutrient-dense options, often things like avocado, nuts and seeds.
Did you get medical input on your diet? A bit of internet reading suggests low sugar, low amounts of processed food, focussing on good fats... but we wouldn't want to make suggestions that are contrary to any medical advice you've received.0 -
if you have specific dietary requirements then you need to work with a RD to design a plan that will help you0

Calories are 1850, trying for 25%fat 45% protein and 30% carbs. (These numbers are based off of breastfeeding requirements.)
I'm waiting on seeing a RD (6wk wait), but this isnt the first time I've had this diagnosis (was a precautionary dx almost 10 yrs ago), so I'm going off of what i remember being told the last time.
And yes those are restrictions that I feel I should adhere to. Fatty liver is made worse by all of those foods, and my liver has over 10% fat marbled throughout and isn't processing toxins very well. I need to loose 10% of my body weight to start to reverse some (probably not all) the damage.0
