Bed excersise

When your disabled or I'll you can't exercise to lose weight. Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises for when you are laying down or sitting up that can tone arms and stomach and keep leg muscles from wasting

    If you can get your insurance to pay for a home visit from a physiotherapist, they are worth their weight in gold. When my dad had his stroke and was bedridden there was a whole series of exercises they taught him, using bodyweight and light resistance, with a second person to provide the resistance.
