I regularly go over my protein allowance (75g) and will have between110g and 150g

Are there any health/fitness/diet implications to this?

Also interested to hear your thoughts.

Yes if you have too much grams per your body weight, it just comes out as waste. Plus you may need more of you need to repair muscles after workout

The usual concern with a too high protein goal, is whether it's crowding out other nutrients and creating a boring diet that is hard to stick to. If you "go over", that is not relevant for you. Too much protein can be bad for the kidneys. Too much is way more than 150 grams.

If you have an underlying health condition in which high amounts of protein is bad then yes there is such a thing as too much protein.

If you are unable to get adequate vitamins and minerals due to your high intake of protein then yes you are eating too much protein.

The amounts you listed are not excessive and still allow you to eat a diverse diet. You're probably just fine.
