You can either plug in your information to an online calculator like this to get an estimate: https://tdeecalculator.net/
Or you can track your food and weight loss very carefully and calculate it from there.2 -
Use a TDEE calculator to get an approximation. There are a ton of these calculators online and below I've posted just three of them. Then if you want to get closer, log your intake carefully for four weeks and use that data, along with your start and end weight, to determine your average TDEE over that period of time.
