So I have been a pescatarian for 2 years now (love fish! Can't wait read meats) I've had a hard time finding healthy substitutes for large meals such as dinner. I live pasta and cheese and don't want to cut them out! Any recipes or suggestions are welcomed! Also snack ideas! I live potatoe chips and crackers. Need some healthier quick meal ideas. Post pictures if possible. Thank you!

My husband has been pescetarian for almost fifteen years and he basically just eats a vegetarian diet, with all of the different awesome stuff out there. He does eat eggs (not sure if you do) and he enjoys fish, shrimp, and other seafood once or twice a week. But for the most part, he finds recipes searching meatless, vegetarian, or vegan recipes.

Sorry this isn't more helpful w/o recipes...We get a lot of those on Pinterest, honestly. He does 95% of the cooking. Some of our staple meals include rice, all sorts of roast veggies, sweet potatoes, black beans, lentils, tofu stir fry, nachos with crab meat, curries, omelets, mushroom subs with horseradish, etc. My favorite veggie burgers and veggie "corn dogs" are Morningstar brand. He also likes Gardein "chicken" stuff, seitan, tempeh & more.

I don't know if you have tried TVP (texturized vegetable protein) it's soy...anyway, it's GREAT in stuff like chili, tacos, taco salad, etc...anything you would have prepared with ground beef or turkey, you can make with TVP. It's cheap in bulk at health food stores.
