Slow progress

Lately, it feels like no matter what I do – I am unable to make progress.
My weight is not going down, and my measurements are not going down..
It’s really frustrating! I don’t know what to do to get the scale to move down…sometimes it starts to feel hopeless, like your not ever going to see any change!

  • Hi Simi, how long have you being dieting and how much have you lost? How long it it since you stopped losing? These are the info needed for people to make suggestions. One thing I can suggest is changing your weight on your profile from your starting weight to what you weigh now. I did that and my allocated calories were reduced by 40 per day. This might be all you need to start losing again.

    What are you doing - have you set up/adjusted your goal to lose 1% of your body weight per week? Do you weigh and log everything you eat (and drink that has calories), and do you hit your calorie goal every day?

    What do you mean by weight not going down - not at all, for how long? Has it gone down before, how much, in what time?
