    You need to be eating about 1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight. Fill the rest of your calories in with carbs and fat. Lift heavy.
  • to lose body fat you need a caloric deficit. to keep gains you need to get enough protein in.still lift heavy.

    take BCAA, Omega 3 and flax seed oil in conjunction with your diet.

    what are those going to do? BCAAs are not needed if getting enough protein in your diet.the omega 3s and fatty acids and flax seeds are healthy yes but they arent going to help with fat loss.
